Signing in with a one-time code
How sign-in works without a password, and what to do if the code does not arrive.
Radar has no passwords. Instead, we email you a short one-time code each time you sign in. It is safer than a password, and there is nothing to forget.
How to sign in
- Go to the sign-in page and enter your email.
- Open the email from Radar Lab and copy the code.
- Type the code into the sign-in page. You are signed in.
You stay signed in on that browser for a while, so you will not need a code every time.
If the code does not arrive
- Wait a minute. Emails can take a little time.
- Check spam and Promotions folders.
- Check the email address for typos.
- Ask for a new code. Only the newest code works, so use the latest email.
Common questions
- I paid for Pro with a different email. Can I still sign in?
- Yes. Sign in with your usual email, then message us. We will move your plan to the email you sign in with.
- Can I change my sign-in email?
- Message us and we will change it for you.
- Is it safe that there is no password?
- Yes. Only someone with access to your email inbox can get the code, and each code works only once.
