What you get in the free preview
How the 5-day free trial works, exactly what you can see, and what happens when it ends.
Every new account starts on the free preview. It uses real data for your real business, not a demo. The idea is simple: try Radar on your own business first, and only pay if it is useful to you. No card is needed.
How the trial works
- You get a 5-day free trial.
- The trial clock starts when you confirm your business profile, not when you sign up. So you do not lose days while setting up.
- The menu shows how many days you have left, for example "3 days left in your trial".
- Each account gets one trial. Deleting your business and adding a new one does not restart it.

What the limits mean in practice
- Brand lookups and searches are counted once per brand or search. Looking up the same brand twice only uses one of your 10 lookups.
- Search results: you see the first 10 results of each search in full. The rest are counted so you know how many more exist.
- Locked items have a small lock icon in the menu. Click one to see what it unlocks with Pro.
When the trial ends
Nothing is deleted. Your account, your business profile and everything you saved stay safe.
- Still open: Home (your picks), Reports and Settings.
- Locked until you upgrade: Discover, Shortlist, Competitors, Tracking and Updates.
- The moment you upgrade, everything unlocks again, including your saved Shortlist.
Common questions
- Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends?
- No. We never asked for your card, so nothing can be charged. You stay on the free preview until you choose to upgrade.
- Is the free preview data different from Pro data?
- No. It is the same data. The free preview just shows less of it.
